Giving back
Community Involvement
Swingle understands the importance of continually giving back to the community, which provides us the opportunity to do what we do best throughout the year.
Through our lawn care and tree service divisions:
- Supported GreenCare for Troops, an initiative providing lawn, tree and landscape care for households whose main breadwinner is serving active military duty away from home.
- Planted trees with students at St. Mary’s Academy in Greenwood Village, American Academy in Castle Rock and West Ridge Elementary in Thornton.
- Cared for one of the most revered national monuments – Arlington National Cemetery – as part of their Renewal & Remembrance Day of Service in Washington, DC.
Through our holiday lighting division:
- Brightened the homes of two deserving families in Fort Collins and the Denver Metro Area, who were nominated for their incredible courage in the face of insurmountable circumstances.
- Provided hope and a little holiday spirit for families by decorating the exteriors of Children’s Hospital’s north and south campus.
- Showed reverence to a battered soldier returning from war by decorating his family’s home as part of the Decorated Soldier campaign.
